Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure rooms and public areas meet standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces before turnover to occupied or ready status.
• Train and coach housekeeping staff on procedures and safety.
• Prepare inventory reports and coordinate supplies with management.
• Communicate room status and needs to front desk and other teams.
• Assist with training and ongoing development of team members.
