Winter Park Resort is seeking a Room Inspector to oversee housekeeping standards, train staff, and ensure clean, orderly lodging. The role enforces health and safety codes, and collaborates with the Front Desk on guest needs.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, prior housekeeping supervision experience, and familiarity with SMS/Workday. The position supports a team-oriented, resort environment with strong safety and quality focus.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & moderate computer functionality preferred.
• At least two years of related housekeeping experience preferred.
• Experience as a supervisor preferred.
• Experience at a Mountain Resort Lodging Property preferred.
• Experience with Springer-Miller SMS, Workday, and MS Office Suite preferred.

Aufgaben

• Trains and coaches, a team of Core, Regular, Seasonal, and Part Time Housekeeping Staff.
• Ensures staff have the skills, tools, and knowledge to perform at the highest level.
• Demonstrate standards and procedures for housekeeping staff to follow, including OSHA standards and company SOPs.
• Inspects and evaluates the physical condition of the establishment.
• Documents inspection forms to hold cleaners accountable.
• Investigate and improve new cleaning instruments and methods.
• Research green initiatives and products.
• Manage inventory and order supplies and equipment as required.
• Maintain a safe employee and guest environment.
• Communicate with Front Desk about owner/guest requests and room moves.
• Ensure staff follow uniform and appearance policies.
• Work as a room attendant when needed.
• Handle off-season duties like deep cleans.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Model Winter Park Resort Core Values.
