Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean or assist in cleaning assigned guest rooms or suites according to brand standards.
• Maintain cleaning protocols and sanitize bathrooms, surfaces and linens.
• Restock supplies and manage guest room laundry/dry-cleaning orders.
• Promptly report maintenance issues and guest complaints to supervisor.
• Ensure rooms/suites are secured upon departure and communicate guest needs effectively.
