Responsibilities

• Maximizes customer satisfaction by ensuring detailed instructions for meetings, conventions, and banquets are carried out
• Establishes professional rapport with customers to maximize satisfaction and repeat business
• Coordinates servicing of special customer requirements through other departments and outside sources
• Monitors lighting, temperature, maintenance, and sanitation to ensure guest comfort
• Sets up furniture, seating, and equipment according to customer specifications and hotel standards
• Maintains and cleans function rooms and related public areas
• Operates banquet AV and sound equipment with up-to-date knowledge
