The Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel is seeking a creative, guest-focused Room Attendant to join its fun-spirited team in Bloomington, Minnesota. This full-time role requires evening and weekend work and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

As a Room Attendant, you will clean and stock guest rooms and public areas, maintain inventory, and report maintenance needs. We offer benefits, early pay options, Marriott perks, and opportunities for raises based on performance.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure positive guest experiences.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and cleanliness.
• Meet productivity by cleaning a minimum of 16 guest rooms per shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly addressing requests with professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist in guest satisfaction efforts by ensuring lost or misplaced items are properly reported and returned whenever possible.
• Prepare housekeeping carts with all required cleaning supplies and linens to support efficient completion of daily assignments.
• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and public areas by dusting surfaces, removing trash, sanitizing bathrooms, changing bed linens, and replenishing towels and amenities to hotel standards.
• Report low supply levels, maintenance concerns, and equipment issues promptly to management to support smooth daily operations.
• Meet productivity expectations, including thoroughly cleaning a minimum of 16 guest rooms per shift.
