Qualifications

• Minimum one year hotel front desk experience.
• Experience with Opera system preferred.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Works well independently or in a team.

• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Basic computer and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming/outgoing calls with courtesy and efficiency.
• Provide clear, concise information to guests and assist with needs.
• Anticipate guest needs and suggest hotel/local attractions.
• Assist guests with room or restaurant reservations changes.
• Arrange shuttle and ground transportation as needed.
• Deliver guest welcome calls at check-in and coordinate with departments.
• Input and access data in Opera and other hotel systems.
