Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient, and inviting guest service in the Executive Class Lounge.
• Open and prepare lounge for service and maintain cleanliness.
• Greet guests warmly and answer calls.
• Set up, present, and replenish lounge food and beverage items.
• Restock, clean, and reset the lounge for new guests.
• Maintain sanitary, safe work environment and uphold hospitality standards.
