Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to speak/read/write in workplace language(s).
• Stand/walk 8+ hours per day.
• Lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Reach, bend, and pivot frequently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and style hotel rooms and public areas to brand standards with attention to detail.
• Refresh rooms with amenities, supplies, linen, and collateral.
• Identify maintenance concerns and replace items as needed.
• Engage with guests to identify needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve guest challenges with hotel leadership and Guest Services.
