Job summary

First Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to help create a welcoming guest experience. This role involves cleaning guest rooms and public areas to brand standards, restocking amenities, and addressing guest requests promptly.

Applicants should have strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds. The team emphasizes professionalism, safety procedures, and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in primary workplace language(s).
• 8+ hours per day; stand and walk frequently throughout the workday.
• Lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Reach, bend, stoop, and pivot frequently throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Clean and style hotel rooms and public areas efficiently, to brand expectations, with great attention to detail.
• Refresh and replenish guest rooms with amenities and supplies per brand standards.
• Identify maintenance concerns and replace items to prevent guest challenges.
• Engage with guests to identify needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve guest challenges with hotel leadership and Guest Services teams.
• Maintain professionalism aligned with hotel brand and company standards.
• Know and communicate emergency procedures and assist guests in emergencies.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by hotel leadership.
