Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in the workplace primary language.
• Stand and walk for 8+ hours, with lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Flexibility to reach, bend, stoop, and pivot during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean and style hotel rooms and public areas efficiently, meeting brand expectations and attention to detail.
• Refresh and replenish rooms with amenities and supplies to ensure items are available for guest use.
• Inspect areas and communicate maintenance concerns to prevent guest issues.
• Engage with guests to identify needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest challenges in collaboration with the Guest Services team and leadership.
• Maintain professionalism aligned with brand and company standards.
• Know and communicate hotel emergency procedures to assist guests in emergencies.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by hotel leadership.
