Loews Chicago O'Hare is seeking a detail‑driven Room Attendant to deliver spotless, welcoming spaces for our guests. You will be the heartbeat of the guest experience, combining efficiency with care to reflect Loews' commitment to comfort and quality.

The role requires flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, with strong teamwork and a focus on safety and cleanliness in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in cleaning roles preferred.
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews standards.
• Replace linens and amenities; report maintenance issues promptly.
• Organize cleaning carts and linen closets; ensure supplies are stocked.
• Report lost items, suspicious behavior, and irregularities to supervisors.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that enhance satisfaction.
