Job summary

Loews Chicago O'Hare is seeking a Catering Service Manager to coordinate and execute catering events from booking through final payment. You will partner with hotel departments to ensure events meet client specs and Loews standards, handling banquet orders, client communication, and scheduling needs.

The role requires a college degree in a related field, at least one year in event execution or hospitality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

This role is responsible for all event details and execution from time of assignment through event dates until final payment processing. Catering Service Manager partners with all hotel operating departments to ensure all related events, guest room stays, and other activities are executed as planned using client specifications and Loews Hotels standards.
