Job summary

Loews Chicago O'Hare, located near O'Hare International Airport, seeks a courteous Driver to transport guests and team members safely in hotel vehicles. You will assist with luggage, keep vehicles clean, and follow routes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include timely airport transfers, pre- and post-trip inspections, handling luggage, logging trip details, and providing excellent service. A valid driver's license and clean record are required; CDL may be needed for some vehicles.

• Assist guests with luggage loading/unloading and weather-related needs.
• Maintain knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns and local attractions; offer recommendations when asked.
• Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs for airport transfers, events and local destinations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Log mileage, fuel usage and trip details in property systems and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
