Loews Chicago Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional table service in a vibrant urban setting. You will greet guests, take orders, and present menus with confidence, while maintaining menu knowledge and a warm, guest-focused approach.

This role supports a team-oriented dining environment, upholding standards of service during busy periods, handling payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
