Loews Kansas City Hotel is seeking a detail-driven Room Attendant to create spotless, welcoming spaces for guests. You will be the heartbeat of the guest experience, delivering efficient cleaning while upholding Loews' standards for comfort and quality.

Responsibilities include sanitizing rooms, replenishing amenities, and reporting issues promptly. The role requires basic English, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends.

• Report lost items, suspicious behavior, and any irregularities to supervisors
• Attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas when needed
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that enhance satisfaction
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures for chemical use and emergencies
