Job summary

Roof @ theWit in downtown Chicago seeks a friendly, energetic Server to deliver attentive dining experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will take orders, communicate with kitchen, handle the Micros POS, and ensure guest satisfaction. Prior service experience and food safety knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have open availability and be able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality service procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen using the POS system.
• Ensure accurate and timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Close guest checks, process payments, and handle voids or comps as needed.
• Maintain table setups and assist with side duties as assigned.
