Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
• TIPS and ServSafe certifications required.
• Fluent English communication with a professional and polished demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers with food and beverage service in a professional, organized, and timely manner.
• Run food and carry trays safely and efficiently throughout the restaurant.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
• Provide water and beverage service while maintaining attentive table service.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and health code standards throughout the outlet.
• Support a collaborative "Whatever It Takes" team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with Four Diamond hospitality standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain composure and professionalism in a high-volume restaurant environment.
