Responsibilities

• Assist servers with food and beverage service in a professional, organized, and timely manner.
• Run food and carry trays safely and efficiently throughout the restaurant.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
• Provide water and beverage service while maintaining attentive table service.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and health code standards throughout the outlet.
• Support a collaborative "Whatever It Takes" team culture.

Position Overview

The Busser is responsible for supporting front-of-house operations by assisting servers, delivering food, maintaining dining areas, and ensuring guests receive attentive and seamless service. This position plays an important role in upholding the elevated dining standards and guest experience associated with the Roof @ the Wit hotel.

Compensation and Benefits
