Job summary

White Lodging operates premium hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants nationwide. We are hiring a Server to join our hotel restaurant and food and beverage team.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service is preferred, but training is provided.
• Positive, guest-focused attitude and teamwork.
• Strong communication and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service with a friendly, engaging dining atmosphere.
• Setup, side work, and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Know menu items and answer guest questions confidently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction from first course to final check.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain neat appearance as a brand ambassador for the hotel and restaurant.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
