Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive restaurant or hospitality leadership experience, including management in an upscale, high‑volume setting.
• Proven success in driving restaurant profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financial management, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, inventory controls, and cost optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high‑performing hospitality teams.
• Passion for culinary innovation, craft cocktails, elevated service, and memorable guest experiences.
• Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive revenue generation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems, reservation platforms, and restaurant management technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership and direction for daily restaurant, bar, and lounge operations, ensuring exceptional service and operational consistency.
• Create an energetic, welcoming atmosphere that reflects Study Hall's distinctive identity and commitment to hospitality.
• Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
• Oversee reservations, table management, service flow, and staffing deployment to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure operational readiness and team engagement.
• Take ownership of restaurant financial performance, including revenue generation, profitability, labor productivity, and operating expenses.
