The role demands a proven leadership record in high-volume settings, strong food safety knowledge, and the ability to align culinary excellence with financial objectives. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive culinary experience with leadership in high-volume hotel/restaurant.
• Proven success in menu development and culinary innovation.
• Strong knowledge of food cost management, budgeting, inventory controls, and labor productivity.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse culinary teams.
• Exceptional culinary skills with focus on quality, presentation, and guest experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to balance creativity with financial accountability and operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of menus that reflect trends, guest preferences, and brand identity.
• Oversee kitchen operations across multiple outlets, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Manage food costs, labor, inventory, purchasing, and waste reduction to meet budgets.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and menu pricing.
• Build strong vendor relationships and maintain purchasing controls.
• Provide hands-on leadership during prep and service to sustain quality and morale.
