Job summary

MIA Hospitality Management seeks a General Manager to lead our restaurant, rooftop bar & lounge, and private events operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong financial results.

This role requires a proven leader who can unite culinary and service teams, drive revenue, manage a robust P&L, and collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences for hotel guests and the local community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a General Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• 5+ years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing budgets and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members.
• Create a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences across all outlets.
• Partner with culinary leadership to maintain food quality and service standards.
• Oversee rooftop operations, entertainment programming, reservations, and events.
• Manage guest feedback, online reviews, and service recovery efforts.
• Drive revenue through promotions and partnerships.
• Own and manage outlet P&L, including labor, food, beverage, and costs.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and action plans to hit financial goals.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain compliance with standards, safety regulations, and licensing.
