Job summary

Shaner Hotels is hiring for a Restaurant / Food & Beverage associate at Hotel Celare in Cincinnati. You will take orders, prepare and serve beverages and light meals while maintaining outlet cleanliness and stock, following hotel and brand standards.

Qualifications include 1+ year in F&B, ability to serve alcohol, and basic math. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with ServSafe/TIPS helpful and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in the Restaurant / Food and Beverage field.
• Minimum state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management and co-workers.
• High school graduate; some college preferred.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training a plus.
• Alcohol awareness training (TIPS) a plus.
• Familiarity with cost controls for F&B.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities
