Responsibilities

• Adheres to liquor regulations for serving alcohol and checking IDs.
• Sets up bar station and stocks beverages, glassware, garnishes and condiments.
• Maintains stock and freshness of garnishes and perishables for quality.
• Greets guests courteously and processes drink orders.
• Prepares, garnishes and serves drinks per standard recipes, with portion control.
• Receives and handles cash, verifies charges and processes transactions.
• Keeps work area clean and organized, and locks up and secures items.
• Washes and sterilizes stemware and arranges bottles for display.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
