Job summary

Shaner Hotels is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor for Hotel Celare, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio property in Cincinnati, OH. You will oversee daily operations across dining outlets, banquets, and events with a hands-on leadership style.

You’ll ensure guest service excellence, maintain brand standards, train staff, and manage scheduling, productivity, and cost controls while upholding safety and quality. Weekend and holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Food & Beverage or restaurant experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Hotel experience is a plus.
• ServSafe and/or TIPS certification preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
