Shaner Hotels is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor for Hotel Celare, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio property in Cincinnati, OH. You will oversee daily operations across dining outlets, banquets, and events with a hands-on leadership style.

You’ll ensure guest service excellence, maintain brand standards, train staff, and manage scheduling, productivity, and cost controls while upholding safety and quality. Weekend and holiday availability required.

Formación

• 1+ year of Food & Beverage or restaurant experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Hotel experience is a plus.
• ServSafe and/or TIPS certification preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations for our hotel’s food and beverage outlets. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring excellent guest service, supporting staff performance, and maintaining food and beverage standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Food & Beverage or restaurant experience required
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Hotel experience is a plus

• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage cost controls
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
