Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a bartender to set up and mix drinks, serve guests, and maintain high standards of hospitality in a fast-paced bar area. You will ensure safety, accurate cash handling, and adherence to company policies while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires a high school education or equivalent and 3–6 months of beverage service experience, with the ability to mix cocktails and provide wine service.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 months experience in a food/beverage services environment.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English.
• Ability to mix cocktails.
• Ability to provide wine service.
• Manual coordination to punch buttons, handle items and carry trays.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines and safety policies.
• Provide cordial, efficient, and professional guest service.
• Verify guest ages by checking identifications.
• Ring guest checks and process payments as per policies.
• Prepare liquor requisitions and maintain pars.
• Comply with state liquor laws and obtain Tips certification.
• Complete side work tasks as scheduled.
