CentiMark Corporation in the Stow area is seeking a Roofing Service Sales Representative to join our fast-paced commercial roofing team. You will develop estimates, grow our business, and work with existing customers and national accounts to close projects.

This full-time role emphasizes prospecting, site inspections, proposals, and relationship-building. Ideal candidates bring construction or industrial sales experience, roofing knowledge, and strong math and CRM skills; a salary plus

Qualifications

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required.
• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is preferred.
• Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred.
• Salesforce CRM experience is preferred.
• Experience in growing market share.
• Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities.
• Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with existing customers and on opportunities generated through our National Accounts division.
• Market your efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects.
• Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports for management.
• Visit client's facilities, build business relationships and present information about CentiMark Corporation.
• Attend and represent CentiMark at marketing functions and events, coordinating efforts with the local team and Regional Area Marketer.

We are looking for an individual that is a self-starter and energetic to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial roofing company.

Job Summary:
