CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s largest commercial roofing contractor, seeks a Regional Roofing Sales Representative to support our Little Rock area sales team. You will develop estimates and drive growth for our fast-paced commercial roofing operations.

The role offers a draw of $70k plus unlimited commissions and premier benefits. Responsibilities include handling leads, scheduling appointments, preparing proposals, and maintaining customer follow-up and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is preferred.
• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is preferred.
• Salesforce CRM experience is preferred.
• Experience in growing market share.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve.
• Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities.
• Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review leads from our Marketing Team for potential roofing projects.
• Gather information on potential customer, phone contact with potential customer to schedule an initial appointment; review customer needs and measurements with Technical Representative.
• Prepare and type sales proposals for presentation to customer.
• Continue telephone and e-mail contact with customer subsequent to proposal presentation.
• Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports to management.

We are looking for an individual that is a self-starter and energetic to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial roofing company.

CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest commercialroofing contractor with 100 offices and over 3,500 employees. Each office has dedicated crews, for the installation and service of all major roof systems, who are highly trained and experienced with a focus on safety.
