Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s largest commercial roofing contractor, seeks a Roofing Service Sales Representative to support our Baton Rouge sales teams. The role offers year-end compensation (base salary + commission) totaling $75k–$100k.

You will self-generate opportunities, cold-call, inspect sites, and present roofing proposals to clients. Ideal candidates have construction or industrial sales experience, roofing knowledge, and strong math/computer skills.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required.
• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required.
• Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred.
• Experience in growing market share.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve.
• Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities.
• Excellent time management and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Self-generating opportunities, prospecting, cold calling.
• Marketing your efforts through cold calling, performing site inspections, generating proposals, and selling commercial/industrial roofing projects.
• Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports for management.
• Visit client's facility, build business relationships and present information about CentiMark Corporation.

We have an exceptional opportunity for an additional full-time Roofing Service Sales Representative to support ourSales Teams in Baton Rouge.

Year-end compensation (Base Salary + Commission) is $75k - $100k.
