CentiMark Corporation is seeking a full-time Service Sales Representative to support our Western Massachusetts and Vermont territory. You will develop estimates, generate new business, and drive sales for commercial roofing projects.

The role involves prospecting, site inspections, proposals, client visits, and relationship building. It includes a base salary plus a commission plan with year-end compensation between $55k and $100k.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required.
• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required.
• Experienced roofing estimator experience is preferred.
• Salesforce CRM experience is preferred.
• Experience in growing market share.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and sales tracking abilities.
• Excellent time management and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Self-generating opportunities, prospecting, cold calling.
• Marketing efforts through cold calling, site inspections, proposals, and selling roofing projects.
• Schedule subsequent customer office visits and provide progress reports to management.
• Visit client facilities, build business relationships and present CentiMark information.

CentiMark has an exceptional opportunity for an additional full-time Service Sales Representative to support our Sales Teams in our Western Massachusetts & Vermont territory.

We are looking for an individual that is a self-starter and energetic to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial company.

CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest commercial roofing contractor with 100 offices and over 3,500 employees. Each office has dedicated crews, for the installation and service of all major commercial roof systems, who are highly trained and experienced with a focus on safety.

Year-end compensation (Base Salary + Commission) for this position is between $55k - $100k.

Job Summary:

• Self-generating opportunities, prospecting, cold calling
