CentiMark Corporation in Milwaukee area is seeking a full-time Roofing Service Sales Representative to support our sales teams. The role focuses on developing estimates and growing commercial roofing business using base salary plus commission.

You will work with existing customers and opportunities from National Accounts, prospect for new business, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and present CentiMark's capabilities to clients. Salary typically reaches $100k+ with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of construction or industrial sales experience.
• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge required.
• Experience in growing market share preferred.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
• Estimator experience preferred.
• Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities.
• Excellent time management and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with existing customers and on opportunities generated through our National Accounts division.
• Market your efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects.
• Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports for management.
• Visit client’s facilities, build business relationships and present information about CentiMark Corporation.
• Attend and represent CentiMark at marketing functions and events, coordinating efforts with the local team and Regional Area Marketer.

Typical earnings for this territory (total of base + commission) are $100k+.
