Job summary

Baker Roofing Company seeks an Outside Service Sales Representative to develop and manage a commercial repair client base. You will drive growth through new accounts, maintain existing relationships, and achieve monthly and annual sales goals.

The role includes hands-on field work, training programs, and a competitive compensation plan featuring a base salary plus uncapped commission, with an expected OTE of $80,000 to $100,000. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum high school graduate, bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: at least 3 years of outside sales or business development; commercial roofing sales preferred.
• Driver's License: Required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and manage existing accounts in our customer base.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Generate leads for repair and service work through cold calling, door knocking, referrals, and networking.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for account management and activity tracking.
• Consult and specify roofing system repairs to meet customer needs.
