Job summary

Baker Roofing Company outside sales representative role involves developing, managing, and maintaining a client base for the commercial repair division.

You will meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, generate leads through cold calling, door knocking, referrals, and networking, and utilize Salesforce CRM daily for account management and proposal development. Training and support are provided to grow within a structured program.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Commercial roofing sales experience preferred; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new and existing accounts for the commercial repair division.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Generate leads via cold calling, door knocking, referrals and networking.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM daily for account management and proposals.
• Consult and specify roofing system repairs to client needs.
