Job summary

Baker Roofing Company seeks an Outside Sales Representative to develop and manage a commercial repair client base for Baker's roofing services. The role involves field work across the Charlotte region, meeting sales targets, and expanding customer relationships with a focus on service and growth.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years outside sales, roofing sales preferred.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and manage existing accounts in our customer base.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Promote services provided by the company and maintain client communications.
• Generate leads via cold calling, door knocking, referrals, and networking.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM daily for account management and activity recording.
• Consult and specify roofing repairs to meet customer needs and standards.
