Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to assist customers by phone or in person with orders and quotations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the phone or at the counter with order fulfillment.
• Support sales team with quotations, pricing, and project documentation.
• Enter orders and process shipments for non-stock materials.
• Provide basic product technical support and respond to customer questions.
• Maintain literature and submittals in the branch and assist with bids.
