CentiMark Corporation has an exceptional opportunity for an additional full-time Service Sales Representative to support our Sales Teams in the Charleston, SC area. We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter and energetic to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial company.

Year-end compensation (Base + Commission) for this position is between $75k - $100k first year.

Job Summary:
  1. Work with existing customers and also on opportunities generated through our National Accounts division.
  2. Market your efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects.
  3. Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports to management.
  4. Visit client's facility, build business relationships, and present information about CentiMark Corporation.
  5. Occasional overnight travel during weekdays.
Candidate Qualifications:
  1. Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required.
  2. Experience in outside sales and territory management is required.
  3. Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is preferred.
  4. Experience in growing market share.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve.
  7. Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential.
  8. Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities.
  9. Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
