Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is looking for Roofing Sales Representatives who can build their own book of business and grow with an experienced support team. After 90 days of paid training, you’ll start earning with a 25% uncapped commission structure and a potential to reach six figures in your first year.

Successful candidates are motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently to generate new business, meet homeowners, and guide them through the restoration process.

Qualifications

• No roofing experience required.
• Paid training provided.
• Must be coachable and willing to work.
• Ability to build and manage a personal sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Meet with homeowners and inspect properties.
• Identify roofing and storm-related damage.
• Educate homeowners about roofing and insurance-restoration options.
• Prepare estimates and present customized solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Guide customers through the project process and coordinate with teams.
