Heritage Roofing & Construction seeks ambitious Roofing Sales Representatives to become trusted advisors and project managers from start to finish. No roofing experience required—training provided, and you’ll earn while you learn.

During the 90-day paid training, you’ll receive W-2 employment, coaching, and mentorship. Afterward, transition to a 25% uncapped commission plan with no income cap and realistic first-year earnings of $100,000–$150,000, with top performers exceeding $500,000.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections, educate on solutions.

• Coordinate with production teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the process.
