Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is hiring Roofing Sales Representatives in Texas. No roofing experience required—we'll train you during 90 days of paid hands-on instruction.

Earn a base pay plus bonuses and a 25% uncapped commission plan, with realistic first-year earnings of $100,000–$150,000 and top performers at $500,000+ annually. Responsibilities include meeting homeowners for free roof inspections, educating on solutions, managing projects end-to-end, and coordinating with production teams

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation (pickup truck preferred or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs safely
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and equipment as needed

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the insurance restoration process.
• Build relationships through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Manage each project from the initial inspection through final completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the entire process.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving your personal sales goals.
