Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction seeks motivated Roofing Sales Representatives in the United States (Texas). You will become a trusted advisor and project manager from start to finish, meeting homeowners, inspecting roofs, and guiding insurance restoration.

Training lasts 90 days, after which you'll transition to a 25% uncapped commission plan with significant earning potential. No roofing experience is required; we provide hands-on training, daily coaching, and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Coachable attitude and willingness to learn roofing/insurance processes.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and guide the insurance restoration process.
• Build relationships through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Manage each project from initial inspection through final completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure on-time project completion.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the process.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience while achieving personal sales goals.
