HERITAGE ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION is seeking Roofing Sales Representatives to become the primary contact for customers from first conversation to project completion, building a personal business with support from an experienced team.

We offer 90 days of paid training and mentorship, plus a 25% uncapped commission structure. Top performers can earn $100,000–$150,000+ in their first year as they grow their client base and pipeline.

Qualifications

• No roofing or sales experience required.
• 90 days of paid training provided.
• Learn roofing industry, sales process, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building.
• Meet with homeowners and inspect properties.
• Identify potential roofing and storm-related damage.
• Educate homeowners about roofing and insurance-restoration options.
• Prepare estimates and present customized solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Guide customers through the project process.
• Coordinate with production teams to stay on track.
