The position includes 90 days of paid training, a 25% uncapped commission structure after training, and first-year earnings potential of 100,000 to 150,000 USD.

• Prepare estimates and present customized solutions.
• Manage relationships from contract signing through completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects succeed.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout projects.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals while delivering great service.
