Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking motivated Roofing Sales Representatives in Texas. You will start with 90 days of paid training and transition to a 25% uncapped commission plan.

Realistic first-year earnings are $100,000–$150,000, with top earners reaching $500,000+ annually. As a trusted advisor and project manager, you will guide homeowners through inspections, roofing solutions, and the insurance restoration process, while coordinating with production teams to ensure on-time project

• Comfortable meeting new people and building trust.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections and discuss solutions.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and insurance restoration steps.
• Build relationships through referrals, networking, and neighborhood outreach.
• Manage projects from inspection to completion in coordination with production teams.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
