Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking motivated individuals for Roofing Sales Representative roles. No roofing experience required as training is provided. You’ll be paid during a 90-day hands-on training period and transition to a 25% uncapped commission plan.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.

• Manage each project from the initial inspection through final completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the entire process.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving personal sales goals.
