Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction in Texas is seeking driven Roofing Sales Representatives. No roofing experience required; we provide 90 days of paid hands-on training.

You’ll start with base pay plus bonuses and move to a 25% uncapped commission plan, with realistic first-year earnings of $100,000–$150,000 and top performers earning $500,000+ annually. You’ll meet homeowners, inspect roofs, guide them through insurance restoration, and manage projects end-to-end while building strong

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation (pickup truck preferred or ability to obtain one within 60 days).
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs safely.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the insurance restoration process.
• Build relationships through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Manage each project from the initial inspection through final completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the entire process.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving personal sales goals.
