Qualifications

• People Person:Confident approaching homeowners, starting conversations, and building trust face-to-face.
• Ready to Hit the Ground Running:Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Reliable & Mobile:Valid driver's license and a pickup truck, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days.
• Coachability:Willing to learn, take feedback, and follow a proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Build Your Pipeline: Visit neighborhoods, knock doors, and create conversations with homeowners.
• Find Opportunities: Look for potential storm and hail damage and help homeowners understand what you discover.
• Educate Homeowners: Explain roofing options, the restoration process, and what they can expect from start to finish.
• Be the Homeowner's Advocate: Help customers navigate the insurance claim process and keep their project moving.
• Close & Build Relationships: Turn qualified opportunities into completed projects while delivering a great customer experience.
