You’ll start with 90 days of paid, hands-on training as W-2 employee, then move to a 25% uncapped commission plan. Realistic first-year earnings range from $100,000 to $150,000, with top performers earning $500,000+.

Qualifications

• No roofing or sales experience required.
• Paid hands-on training for 90 days.
• W-2 employment with base pay, bonuses and commissions.
• Must have valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors and climb ladders when needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance restoration.
• Build relationships through outreach, referrals and networking.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the process.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience while pursuing sales goals.
