Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting
• Meet homeowners to inspect properties and discuss roofing solutions
• Identify potential roofing and storm-related damage
• Educate customers about roofing and insurance-restoration process
• Prepare estimates and present customized solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage customers from contract signing through project completion
• Coordinate with production teams to keep projects moving
• Communicate with customers throughout restoration
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Meet and exceed personal sales and production goals
