Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction in Texas is hiring Roofing Sales Representatives who will become trusted advisors from start to finish. No roofing experience is required; we provide 90 days of paid hands-on training and mentorship to help you succeed.

After training, you’ll transition to a 25% uncapped commission plan with earnings potential of $100,000–$150,000 in the first year and $500,000+ for top performers, based on effort and results.

Qualifications

• No roofing experience required; training provided.
• W-2 employment with paid training.
• Base pay plus bonuses and commission.
• Must have driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors and meet homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess needs and provide roofing solutions.
• Educate homeowners on insurance restoration and roofing options.
• Manage projects from inspection to completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the process.
• Deliver strong customer experiences while meeting sales goals.
